Mary, my catahoula breeder, recently had a lumpemtomy and has to go under radiation for the next couple of months. She even had to give up her dream puppy, Rose, because she felt that during this time she wasn't giving Rose the attention she needed in her puppy stage. :( I'm so sad for her, because she had been waiting for a solid red bobtail to pop up in Annie's litter forever. She must be feeling so sad. She will need some prayers.

Here is Rose (on the right..sweet little red girl). Look at that sweet catahoula face. :) Rose will need some good healing vibes too. She recently underwent surgery to have a cyst removed from her jaw. Catahoulas play really rough, guess it got a little too rough! She is fitting in well at her new home with Yuko (on the left).

What a tough time for all:(:(:( I will be praying for Mary's full and quick recovery and lots of hugs and prayers are on the way for precious Rose too! What sweet pups, Rose and Yuko both. Glad to hear they're getting along so well:) Is that shaved spot I see on Rose's back? Please keep us updated on their progress!:)

Yup, that's where the pain medication patch would have went -- but in the end they decided that she might eat it, so she got shaved for nothing! :p
