What a cutie pie!!! He's an adorable little boy. I love rats so much. I have 14 at the moment. (11 are fosteres and 3 are mine) but I'm getting 4 more rats pretty soon.
I do think that most people haven't *lived* life until they are lucky enough to have a rat or 2 (or 3 or 4...)
My rat who I had to PTS was my "therapy" rat. She is the only thing that could make me happy. Just her little face would make me smile. I think that's what Pepper is, a little ray of sunshine. :D

Pepper, I was once someone who would have been hesitant to consider a rat as a true and treasured companion. Thanks to rats like you, and their adoring human guardians, I now know the truth of rats: That they are one of the most loving, clever, and amicable pets one could wish for! Your guardian has found this out through you, and now is spreading the word so that more people may rethink their opinions, and perhaps decide to experience the wonderful companionship of a rat for themselves! Pepper, your mission of keeping your human happy is fulfilled, day by day and hour by hour. It is clear that you are his/her boon companion and very best friend.
