View Full Version : My sister is an idiot.

A few months ago, my sister got her license. A month after that, my parents bought her a car. A week after that she drove three hours away with a friend of hers to visit with a guy they had met online. At the time I was REALLY upset, for obvious reasons, but I chose to talk to her instead of my parents, and she told me she had scared ths s*** out of herself and wouldn't do it ever again.

Well, stupid me for buying that. She did it again today, and my parents caught her this time.

She will be grounded for the rest of time, and it looks like my parents will probably sell her car.

ARRRRRRRRRGH!!! *Explode*

The part that KILLS me is that my first thought, rather than concern for my sister, was along the lines of "HA! That'll show my parents to favor HER!" I was soooo steamed when they bought her a car and paid for gas and insurance....all things that they would NEVER do for me....because she has always been their favorite. She got good grades, was always polite, is involved with a Xtian church of some sort, blah blah blah.

Still, I should have worried about her before feeling any petty satisfaction that the "good" kid has pulled the stupidest stunt out of any of us.

WolfChan,

Well, your sister finally got caught. At least you won't be considered a snitch by her. Hopefully she'll learn a very valuable lesson.

Meeting a guy on the internet is SCARY!!!! You never know WHO or WHAT you're talking to. Maybe this whole ordeal will be a wake-up call for both your sister AND your parents!!!

No, I didn't tell them about the first time, but I rather wish I had. -_-

I remember when I finally got caught being the bad one of me and my older sister. My mother finally realized I was human, I think, and not some perfect angel, which I never was. I got the silent treatment for months and only got attention as I was driven to my community service. You have no idea what its like to have your sister get all the attention because she is always doing bad things and have your parents ignore you completely because you don't need any guidance, or love. My mother was ordered by my p.o. to spend time with me every week and she lied about doing so. I never complained because I didn't want her just filling some empty order. Maybe you should find your sister's point of view about all these happenings.

That's dangerous and scary. I'm glad that your sister is alright, though. Meeting some strange guy on the internet is NOT safe, and I hope she doesn't do it again.
