Hi everyone. Please don't be alarmed because Storm is fine. He's just having another urinalysis taken because his last one wasn't quite normal. His ph level was still too high. The vet couldn't get a urine sample so I have to leave him there all day. He's not too happy about this but they'll take good care of him. I should hopefully have the results on Sunday. I've also noticed him licking his private parts a lot more than usual the last few days so I hope that this doesn't mean anything either. Please pray that everything is normal. Thanks in advance.:)

They sure can be stubborn when it comes to giving up a urine sample  Sorry that you need to spend the day at the vet's Storm, but I hope that all is well with you.

Storm thanks everyone for all of your concerns.:) They were able to finally get a urine sample a few hours later but I couldn't pick him up until after work. The vet already told me that they wouldn't charge me a boarding fee so that was good. I picked him up at 6:45pm and he was meowing for me.
The vet tech said that he was talking to them all day and he wanted lots of attention. She even put him on her lap so she could pet him better. I told her that he's not much of a lap cat but he was for her. I guess he knows how to work a room for attention.:) As soon as I got home, Sky greeted us and he had to say hello to Storm too. He seemed to really miss Storm. Cirrus, however, wasn't too thrilled to see his big blue brother again.
Dr. Johnson said that I might be able to know the results by Sunday so I'll try to call then. She'll be away at a conference all week and so will another doctor so there will only be one vet at the hospital next week. If I don't get the results by Sunday, I may have to wait a while because the other vet may be too busy to call me back. If this is the case I'll try to have a vet tech explain the results to me. Thanks again for all of your prayers and concerns. I hope that my luck has changed this year and I'll continue to have happy healthy cats.

Oh my. Late to this thread. So glad that 'Big Blue' is home, but how worrisome that you don't know the results.
You and all your furry crew are in my prayers.

I am glad Storm is home....now on to the waiting for the test results.

I understand how busy vets are, believe me, but there's got to be someone there who can fully explain the test results to you. To make you wait for a week or so is unacceptable. I hope your luck changes, too, but, if I were you, I'd insist on some answers. Here's keeping fingers and paws crossed....
Blessings,

Great news!
One question: What breed does your vet say that the Stormster is?
