Wonderful News!!

I've been approved as a foster home for Siamese rescues of a Michigan rescue organization!!!

I am so excited because I'll be fostering "senior" siamese cats. There was a 10 year old female who was surrendered by her owner because he didn't want and "old" cat in his "brand spanking new" home! I believe her name is Shelby. She's a chocolate point Siamese.

Congratulations Donna! I couldn't see the pictures (I'll check again later), but so happy you are helping sweet seniors in need. I sure hope that sorry excuse for a human doesn't get a "new cat" for his "new house". Some people just shouldn't exist. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Oh, Donna! Congratulations! I'm SO glad that you will be fostering older siamese.Even though I have Nikki and Daisy (and I love them dearly), I still have a weakness for siamese. Kittens are so cute, but when they become older cats, people want to give them up and give lame excuses for doing that like that (blankety-blank) lady you mentioned. It's just as lame as the excuse the lady gave when she gave up Nikki, Shelby and your other siamese rescues are very lucky to have you for a foster mommy! BTW, Shelby is GORGEOUS!
