uh oh! I put Boomer in Tyler's crib because I thought that it would be a cute picture and now he thinks he owns the place. My hubby and I both agree that we do NOT want Boomer sleeping *in* the crib when Tyler arrives, so it's best not to let him in there now. I have seen Boomer in there a few times and have just picked him up, given him a smooch and set him on the floor. Welllllll my hubby caught Boomer in there today and the silly feline got a stern talking to. I feel bad because it's all my fault for putting him in there to get a stinking picture:rolleyes: Sooo perhaps the REAL culprit is PetTalk, causing me to feel obligated to snap the cutest possible pictures:D :D WHat bad influences you all are!!:p :D :D

Boomer ,is a little confused,ad he thought that you wanted him,to have the Very Nice Long Crib,as his bed,and now he thinks, taht you are Indian Givers. You,may well have to buy another Crib, for Boomer,to make him Happy.

Awww... poor Bommer. My cat slept with me when I was in the crib nightly. Ask your pediatrician if there is any real harm, as long as Boomer lays away from Tyler's face.

You are not going to keep him out of that crib no matter what you do. Rie had the same problem when they put up a bed for Dakota.. It is "new" and once the newness wears off, he may just move on to greener places to sleep so let him get bored with it and lay in there until almost time for the baby to come.... THEN offer him something new to lay on..
I had kitties with all my babies. When my oldest son, I had a cat that use to get in bed with him when he cried. The kitty would stay there until he went to sleep, then would get out and go on to other things. It was a babysitting kitty and did a wonderful job.
Cats - babies... WHAT a wonderful world!

Yea, I made this mistake the first time I showed Noel flowers so she could smell them. I can now only have flowers at the WAY top of our pantry...no one can see them up there! I've come home to more flowers/water/vase on the floor than I'd like to remember.
;) Boomer's new crib sure looks like a comfy place for a kitty to sleep. ;)

LOL!!! I am not going to put my baby in a kitty condom bed:D :D :D I'm not at all worried about Boomer hurting Tyler. Boomer is afraid of anything that makes noise, so I have a feeling he won't be interested in the crib once it has a squeeling kiddo in it:) My husband pointed out that Boomer may just get upset and feel displaced if we let him sleep in the crib and then come home with a loud and smelly baby to displace him.
Boomer will be allowed to sleep NEXT to the crib, but we'd like to keep him out of it for now:) We'll play it by ear
Yes, I do love ya'll, even though it gets me into trouble:D :D
