Welcome a new member to my kitty family! Meet Onyx!

Well I've been taking care of a feral cat colony for a few months. I'm sorry I haven't introduced them sooner but I'll post pics of them later. It's a family. A daddy, mom, and two kittens. Well I recently made one of the kittens MINE! :D Yep, he now has a permanent home. :) I've named him Onyx. He's a super uper sweet boy. He LOVES to purr, and wow can he get loud. He is adjusting to being inside. I've been letting him in more and more and he is slowly adjusting. It will take him some time. He'll be going to the vet in two weeks to get neutered, vaccinated etc. I am already so in love with him, and he loves my boyfriend! I'll attach a couple pictures of him. Isn't this great Moosmom!!! :D

WOW!! I love blackies and always have. How in the world do all of you get such good shots of them? I have yet to get one that captures Samanthas true beauty... get to close and the flash on that black fur reflects so bad that the picture looks awful. Get to far away and she looks to small..

Thanks! It is very hard to get good pictures with his fur. I'll try to post some of his pappa and mother too. The mom is really skittish though. Daddy used to have a home. The people moved and left him here. He's a black and white longhair and I'd really like to take him too. :(
