Can't leave Peanut out. She is such a sweetie pie. She is no longer looking scared as she goes around the house, but instead just does her thing and if Jack gets too rambunctios, she just hisses at him and he leaves her alone. So here are a few pics of her being her sweetie little self, being a little baked ham and helping me with my school work.

As you might be able to see in the video, we've moved her box to upstairs. It was in the bedroom, but then when CJ was locked in there, we brought it upstairs so she could still have access to her box. And this one, CJ doesn't go in. I think somehow he knows that would be way overstepping the boundries. :D

Anyway, back to the story, so her box is upstairs now. So this morning, Terry was down getting coffee and I was getting ready to leave. Cracker Jack, as usual, was down by us, darting in and out from under the dining room table. :D So I was talking to him, Terry came in and was talking to him and the next thing you know, Peanut is meowing her little head off. She was upstairs, in her box, and wanted some attention too!

So needless to say, I went upstairs to smooch on her and give her some lovin' before I left. Oh, and also needless to say, we now need to find another box for in the bedroom. ;) :rolleyes: :D

How big is Peanut? I've always thought she was bigger but in this video she looks much smaller.

Last time she was at the vet she was - I think - maybe 7 1/2 lbs. I think she's gained a couple pounds recently though. First of all because she got all the left overs from when I was trying to get Tubby to eat, then because she was the only kitty and got spoiled with treats beyond reasonable, and now because Jack doesn't finish his treats....so she does. :rolleyes: ;) :D She is small though. Jack is about 9 lbs, and the only reason she looks even close to his size is because of her long hair.

Peanut sure is gorgeous and I agree that she certainly doesn't look her age. I wish I could age as gracefully.:) I also didn't realise that she's so petite but then I'm used to very large male cats.;)

She's just beautiful, Debbie, and I'm glad you gave her the "spotlight"! Those senior ladies of ours deserve it! Cracker Jack and Butter tend to steal their thunder every now and then. ;)

Mimi, like Peanut, is very fluffy, but quite petite, usually weighing in between 5 and 6 pounds. She gets so cold and I find her most of the time sitting right in front of a heating vent (if no lap is available).
