My big boy has been changing ALOT lately!!

On Christmas day, he came out into the living room(with a CROWD there) and started RUBBING against people, he then came over by where I was sitting and layed down by my feet, purring very loudly.

I was thinking "who is this kitty!?" :p, Tigger never liked crowds and I have NEVER seen him rub against people or head bump anyone, I was amazed, but proud.

Another thing, the past few days he started comming into my room to drink Emma's water, since we got Emma he hasn't wanted to be in my room, at all, but he comes in almost everyday now!

Today was the HUGEST thing!! He cried at my door, I let him in and he went to get a drink like the past few days, he then jumped onto my dresser and then onto the window ledge and layed there watching the rain/snow.

My dad came in, wanting to play this playstation game I got for Christmas(which is probably going back :p), and Tigger jumped down from the window ledge and went over, jumped on the bed and layed down by my dad !

It almost makes me CRY when I think about all this, he amazes me!!

Way back when I was 10 years old and he was a tiny 5 week old kitten, he tugged at my heart strings, and he's been tugging at them every day since then ;) :D

I love that boy!! http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung0304/liebe/love-smiley-057.gif

This is TERRIFIC, Robyn. Kitties will change throughout the years and some take a LONG time to become affectionate! Looks like you may have a new mama's boy:D Mine also changed quite a bit when we brought in the kittens so it may have allot to do with Emma, also.

GOOD for you and I am sure you are loving every bit since I know you are crazy about that sweet orange hunk:rolleyes: We both have it bad, don't we?

I am wondering if it is the holiday season... Mine have been extra sweet and demanding of attention from company too. I don't know what it is...I just hope it LASTS!!!!

Awww... Allen started changing and doing the same thing after we got Pouncer too. There was something about the extra cat that made him more social and loving.

Make sure to give him extra treats now that he is making so much progress! :)

That's great, I know you are so happy.

I remember that Ripley didn't become a "teddy bear" until he was around 7-8 years old. He had been so wild and mean to me his whole life and he still attacked me occasionally right up till we adopted Jazz but he did finally become sweeter and want more attention around 7-8 years of age. I was so thankful and happy.

He still doesn't want to be picked up and help much but he will tolerate me for a few minutes.

I was thinking the same thing with Fifa when I first brought Pixie in he hated me now he comes up here eats all her food LOVES her soooo much!! Lays on me (he does this all the time downstairs, but never up) usually when he used to come up it would be for like 2 seconds then as soon as I moved he ran down like he was caught doing something wrong

it sounds,as though Tigger,is mellowing,over the years,and even The Found Cats,some of them,anyway,are a lot more hospitable,to visitors,than they used,to be!
