I go for brains and not colours ;). But haaving said that i am fond Black and white, "Aussie reds" (aka Tan), and blue merles.

BCs come is EVERY possable colour. :p

my favorite is black and white, although red and white is nice too. I particularly like black and white split faces as opposed to irish markings.

Isn't it possible to get a sable merle border collie? I'm assuming that if you bred a sable to a merle that 25% of the litter would be sable merle, no? :confused:

Just read up on it -- you can get sable merle border collies too.
