Harmanie is getting so SPOILED! Its like she expects to be spoiled now because shes just so used to it now! lol! Everytime I go to the store I come back with those little cat treats. Ok, well maybe not every time cause that can get so expensive but when her container gets low its allways refilled. She gets like a billion treats a day.
Every time I go in the kitchen she runs in there and jumps on the counter ready to recieve on even when shes really not. So then by doing that she ends up getting one anyways. I'm spoiling her because her spaying appointment is comming up and I feel totally bad. And Christmas will be comming two days after the appointment so she will be getting tons of gifts then to. Shes my spoiled Harmanie! lol:p

But I know shes happy. I wonder though, after the spaying, will she be happy then?

Our tortie used to look through the shopping bags when we came home because she knew there would be a canned treat in there for her.

She was very smart!

I'm new to cats - the Animal Control took the one I picked to the vet to be spayed and i picked her up from the vet. She is bouncing off walls! :) She was only slow for about 2-3 days. It has been two months and she is probably more active now then before!!! I don't see how she could be more active!!:) She'll love you for it - no more going through heat!!! Debbie :) :)

I think your Harmanie will be just fine after her spaying. Our Briggs had her surgery four and a half years ago and she is a wonderful, crazy, loving (when she's interested) :p , normal cat!!! She's full of cattitude which was not removed along with her reproductive organs. I would say it's a myth that cats' personalities are altered for the worse by spaying or neutering. On the contrary, it relieves them of the hormonal crazies that can affect them if they DON'T have the procedures. Don't worry. She really will be OK. Honest!!!! :D
