Well I was able to get Tigger into the vet's last night to have her checked out with her regular vet. I got very lucky in that the visiting radiologist had not come to the office yet and then let me leave Tigger to get an Ultrasound last night.

When Tigger got to see Dr. McLaughlin she was doing much better than she was when I left her in the morining. Her wheezing was still there but was minimal. He gave her her booster shots and drew blood for a super chem work up and I will have those results today.

The Ultrasound came back good. While she has some thickening around the heart it is very mild and NOT cardiomyopathy (Thank God)....I was so worried. She does have a good case of Asthma which he gave me the OK to continue with the Predisone. I was worried that if she had the cardiomyopathy the predisone could put her into heart failure.

It may just be my fault for causing her asthma as I changed the brand of litter that I use and it could be that it has more dust than the other litter that I used.....looks like I will be going back to the original kind I was using.

I want to thank each and everyone for the thoughts and prayers...they meant a lot to me.

Some of my favorite pictures of Tigger will be in the next post........

Glad to hear Tigger is doing better! Please don't blame yourself for the Asthma, it's not like you knew this would happen!

Good news! I hope she is completely back to normal soon.

Is that a leopard print bed you have there Miss Tigger Lou? It looks most comfortable! Your pictures are all gorgeous! Love the one of you peeking out of the box! How sweet.

Oh that's such good news, Meg! Don't feel bad about the litter because really, how were you to know, and actually, it's a good thing because then all you have to do is switch back and she'll be ok again - right? ...hopefully. She is so adorable. I love the one of her in the sun, what a pretty girl. But I also love the one of her on top of the scratching post. Another classic example of a too big kitty trying to squeeze into a too small spot. :D

I'm so glad she's doing so much better.

{{{hugs}}} to you and skritchies to sweetie Tigger! :D
