Gosh, Blaze's seemingly goal in life is to detroy EVERYTHING!!:D He's destroyed the air conditioner, sprinkler system (in CA), pool toys and the works, the deck, our yard and more!! He just has to stay busy! (but I still love him all the same!);) How many of you have destructive pets??;) :D

Well just today Gracie chewed up one of my mom in law's shoes from her WEDDING! Which are 50 years old and I have on display on a white wicker trunk along with her gloves, purse, hat and wedding dress hanging on the wall...on Fridays hubby doesn't work so he is home with her and obviously doesn' t watch her that well! (at least they were HIS mothers!!) all this is in the spare bedroom and I keep that door closed but he went in there and left it open!

They were not expensive, just sentimental value...and I had to put them away and hope my MIL doesn't ever find out!!

My guinea pigs chew up EVERYTHING that I put in their cage! :p Of course, that is expected, but if I spend a lot of money on something, it is wasted....

Hummm... None of my 4 have destroyed anything expensive. The Collies and Murph not even anything cheap. Maddie's the only one who's ever really destroyed anything and it was somewhat understandable. The last year of her life, she got really clingy. Wanted to be near me all the time. Well I was painting inside, so I had put her and Murph outside. She scratched to come in, but I ignored it. Then I heard this buzz saw like noise. What the heck? I go check and there she is knawing the door frame to come inside. The wood chips were just a flying. She looked and sounded just like a beaver. I made the mistake of opening the door and that just lead to future destruction of that door jam. She's been dead almost a year, but I still haven't replaced it. Guess those lil' teeth marks are too much of a reminder of her.

I only have one little home wrecker the one below that looks like butter would not melt in her mouth, AKA lexie, she has destroyed two of my net curtains, ripped several wall papers and loves to sharpen her claws on the carpet.

Never had a kitty like that before, but she is so cute, I just have to forgive her.:)

Neither of mine do. But if they weren't trustworthy to be left alone, they wouldn't have access to expensive things anyway. :)

Last year Rocky got so excited he tossed his
Galleo dog bone right into the glass of my
curio cabinet. (GLASS is still cracked too)

Add this to the list:

Gracie's daddy got a brand new amp this weekend and Gracie just bit the cord ! We were both sitting right here in the puter room, he was playing and I look down and she has the cord in her mouth! Bit it put teeth marks into it where you can see the wire~He was NOT HAPPY!! She is on his list now! She didn't know any better..both of us were right here, just me with my nose in my puter screen and him pickin n grinnin' but he ain't grinnin' no more!
Thankfully I saw her before she hurt herself..but the cord is definately hurt!!

My Chica chews my shoes, pillows, blankets, mainly because she is teething. I hope it will stop soon. I just found her first tooth. It came out when I gave her a treat. She was constantly swallowing and licking her mouth, and I didn't know why, but she had a loose tooth. And now it's out.:)
