Ok,,, do nt laugh,,, But Merlin has taken to pooping at the end of our side door walk and on the driveway,,, and its directly in the path of where everyone who comes to see us has to walk!
Is there any product I can spray on the concrete to deter him from doing this anymore,, or something I can do besides yelling NO at him.... I cant spend the time he is out watching him like a hawk....

There is a product called "No Go", I think put out by Four Paws Co.
I don't know if it works, but it might be worth a try. I plan on trying it this week---I have an older dog who has been annointing my plants and hallway table.

When we got Captain, the breeder told us to encourage him to "go" in one area of the yard.
So I would walk him over to the corner, and tell him to "do his thing". Sometimes it worked, sometimes not ...... but whenever it didn't, I would pick up the offending poo and take it to the area where I WANTED him to go.
BUT I made sure that when he went out, I went with him!! :D And praised him so much when he went in the "right" area.
Eventually, he understood, and went straight to that area of the yard. It took awhile, but was worth the effort.
Ruby does the same thing ....... and it took about the same amount of time as Captain.
Good Luck

I was wrong--No Go isn't made by Four Paws. In any case, it costs too much to "try" and find out it doesn't work. Maybe just putting orange or lemon peels in that spot will work. Dogs don't like citrus smells. Certainly cheaper to try.

I think I would try pouring vingar on that spot...it worked in the house when I was potty training...
