I dog sat a friends dog today while they were out on a Jeep trip.

When she came home we talked for awile and during the conversation she said "O, if you hear of anyone who wants some cats let me know. My two are looking for homes, they are driving me crazy!" I was thinking, O they must be peeing everywhere, destroying there furniture or something, NO "They just aren't affectionate enough"

"There two wonderful cat's" she said! I just wish they were more friendly

Sorry, but this makes me upset. She has the time and the fincal care to take care of them. She just wants something that is out more.

She should have chose her cat's better then, gotten an Adult from the SPCA who was just as affectionate as couold be. But no, they get kittens and don't spend time with them, they turn out like this and the poor cats are the ones who pay!

DITTO! Too bad you couldn't tell her how you feel.
I work at an animal shelter and you just can't believe some of the things people will say. I had on potential adopter ask if she could trade her older cat for a kitten! Another man who wanted to adopt a cat because his 4th cat had just been eaten by a coyote and wouldn't keep this one in either cuz cats need to be outside to be happy!
I guess some people just shouldn't have pets.

If you are not affectionate,to a Cat,they will not be affectionate to you! Or,if you are LOUD,or boisterous, they will be afraid,of you! Too amny people, dont, have a volume control, and need one,to have Friendly Cats!
