I have had the worst headache ever since about 2 days ago. It's bugging the heck out of me. It's kind of like in the back of my head. I think it may be from my laying on my pillows wrong, and when i do that theres like a kink in my neck and then i dont know, i was thinking that was causing the headache?
And i mean its not constant either. It's kind of like off and on. But it hurts non the less. More when i turn my head, etc.
Anyways, im so worried about what this could be. I know im such a worry wart but you can't help it when it's like this.
My sister had the same thing for awhile also. But it was nothing, she used to get them WORSE than i have it now.
I think i might be going to the doctors soon, and hopefully it will turn out to be nothing.
*So scared...*

Same thing me, being sick!
I have had a really bad headache too, and it's been off and on through out the past 2 days, but mine feels like it's on top of my head.
I'm trying to drink alot of water, and taking Asprin when I need too. it's helping kinda too
Try drinking alot of water.

Take Tylenol, or Advil. Amber, I'm sure its nothing to worry about. Sometimes I get sudden headaches like that too, that comes and goes and stays for days. I know how it is. Stress or viruses can cause such headaches. Take rest, and try not to worry too much. Also, don't sit at the computer until you feel better. The computer screen ALWAYS makes my headaches worse (though I can't stay away from it anyway).
{{{hugs}}} You'll be ok.

Amber, until you can get to the Dr., take some Advil. It's an anti-inflammatory and will help your muscles, which will in turn help the headache. It sounds like a tension headache, but sometimes when you get a sinus infection you get that strained feeling in your neck. Sort of like it deperately needs to pop, wich causes horrible, nagging pain.
Does it hurt more when you bend over or cough? Do you have a temperature?

Thank's guys. :)
I just can't help but worry. I've never had a headache like this before. Especially not like all over my head. Especially not in the BACK of my head where it is. I bet the worrying does it no good either though. :p

*Could* be sinus, but it really sounds like stress. :( Or like you said, a bad sleeping position.
I fell alseep on the couch the other night in a bad position and I'm still sore from it.
