Kobe, I think you're one of the CUTEST parakeets I have EVER seen! And so intelligent too! I have never had the fortune of meeting a talking parakeet in person.

What a beautiful and adorable little friend. That is really neat that he can talk. Sounds like he has a great personality.
I'm not sure if I'm seeing right, but it kind of looks like he has a growth on each side of his beak. I had a budgie many years ago with the same thing. I'm pretty sure my vet at the time, put some medication on it and it went away. If he does, you might want to check with an exotic pet veterinarian and have it treated. As I said, it could just be the picture as well.
