Dog copies cat?

is it normal for dogs to copy things that cats do? my dog snowball has started to copy what my cats do.... my brother's cat brought home a mouse last night and so a few hours later snowball she was barking and all of a sudden stopped... i got her inside finally and SHE had a mouse in her mouth.... lol... is that normal?

All four of mine are mousers. In fact, I think they do it better than the cats. And the best of them is a chow/Lab mix.

The cats are too well fed to be bothered, I guess.

I'm not sure about this one...LOL! Any other strange things he does to copy uour cats? Maybe like Mary said he just likes to catch mice. LOL!:D Keep us updated.
