9 college boys - M
Small&Furry
Ferret
Size: Large
Age: Adult
Sex: Male
I.D: Q
Notes: 8/3/04 - 17 unneutered, unvaccinated, unsocialized, ferrets were transferred to FERRET BUSINESS of GA from Morehouse School of Medicine - Center for Laboratory Animal Resources, due to loss of funding.
There are 9 males & 6 females (1 male succumbed to shelter shock & 1 female didn't recover from spay surgery) needing homes. They have all been neutered & are starting to act like the average ferret, despite being completely devoid of sensory stimulation their entire lives. There are several cases of "shelter shock" that we are successfully supporting, & they all seem to be coming around.
Individual profiles are forthcoming
