View Full Version : An uppie-date on Kai's leg surgury

Just got back from the white coats for a check up on his leg. (Here are the past two threads: here (http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=51916) and here (http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52439).) Dr. Foukal said Kai's leg looks alot better and will probably go back to completely normal in a little while. :D He hasn't been limping at all since he came home; I'm hoping it won't come back in the future.

Kai's also going on a d-i-e-t. He weighed in at a whopping 41 pounds. :eek: Luckily, the vet said his ideal weight would be 37 pounds or so, so he's not too terribly bad in terms of weight. Poor guy has to go running more in this hot weather. :p

Thats great that it looks better! Hopefully he won't have any more problems with it :)

Poor baby having to go on a diet. Hope your Mom gives you lots of extra fuss to help with all that exercising! :p

Yay Kai! I'm so glad he'll make a wonderful recovery.

Aww.. it's alright if Kai's a little tubby. ;) Good luck with the d-i-e-t!

Kai, get well soon. :) As for the diet thingy, ask mom to find you a doggie treadmill. :D
