This little girl melts my heart *pics*

Here goes another rambling on and on post... =P


Well, again.. No accidents. I believe she's pretty much housetrained. She goes to the door and sits there, or rubs up against the blinds (Nala does the same!!) to let me know she wants out.

I'm thinking someone MUST have dropped her off there.... for what reason, i'm not sure. Either that or she ran away and no one bothered to claim her.... and that makes me feel somewhat bad, because what IF there's actually someone out there looking for her and missing her? Who knows.

Before my parents went to bed, we all "hung out" in the drive way. We had our truck backed up into the drive way and we opened it up and had all three dogs back there (it has a topper on it) they absolutely loved it, especially Simba.

OMG... and the whole reason I made the title of the thread what it is...
I was laying on the floor, with Kiara on my chest and my finger near her mouth. What did she start doing? Sucking! She was nursing on my finger and I ran into a puddle and almost started crying it was so cute. This little girl just has all of us wrapped around her little (CUTE, if I may add) paws!

She really likes to test you though, while outside. UGH.. we have my brother's stupid POS car in our backyard (It's a car he traded for a few computers, and plans on fixing it up) She likes to steal mulch from the flower beds and run underneath the car with them. I really, really want that car out of there because when/if she gets into that really stubborn puppy-stage I do not want to have to crawl underneath a gross old car in the burning hot heat to retrieve a naughty puppy.


I've been spending alot of extra time with Simba and Nala and once or twice during the day, I let them outside by themselves, like it used to be.

Today (7-18) is my mom's birthday and we're going out to breakfast. My mom and dad always go out to breakfast with a friend of the family's and her inlaws. I may or may not go, and if I do go it's only if it's nice out in the morning. We're bringing Kiara if I do go, as they have an area outside, and they allow dogs.

I really, really can't wait for her stitches to dissolve because I SO want to take her swimming.... or atleast in the kiddie pool. It should be fine by Tuesday.

She is so precious Kay, what a cutie! It's tough to tell when they are youngsters what mix they really are. I know when Tasha was a pup, a lot of people thought she had lab in her, but as she grew she got more slim-lined and greyhoundish.

Right now Kiara looks a bit houndish to me, almost more doberman-like than Rottie in some pictures but in others I really see the rottie more. Once she's grown into a young lady it might be easier to make guesses. I know even my vet predicted Tasha would be a 60-65 pound adult but she ended up staying at around 50 pounds. You never know till they reach adulthood, and it's fun seeing just how they'll turn out :)
