Zelda and the Mowg-monster (Lots of pics!)

Well, Zelda and Mowgli are hanging out in the office with me, and they've been playing together. I've been having so much fun watching them, though I haven't gotten any pics of them playing together yet. It's all just zoom, pounce, play swat, separate, with me going, "Ack! Need camera! D'oh! Too late!" But I have gotten quite a few cute pictures anyway! Mowgli is definitely energetic! He's been zooming all over the place! You'd hardly know he was the same scared kid I hauled in here about a week ago! Anyway, on to the pics! (Zelda said I'd find a hairball in my shoe if I didn't start putting up pics of her again. ^.^)

First off...Zelda is beautiful. I look forward to seeing some more pictures of her and Mowgli.

Second, I have tears in my eyes looking at the Mowgli-ster. He reminds me so much of my Rainbow Bridge baby Tobias. Mowgli has the same silly, cute face that Toby had...and he looks like he can really get into just about the same amount of trouble Toby used to get into. I'm in love with Mowgli.

Sirrahbed: I guarantee you the vet gave me the right kitten - as hissy as he was when I came to pick him up that day, it couldn't have been any other! :D I think Mowgli must've said to himself, "Whoa! I better straighten before she thinks of having something worse than the removal of my bits done to me!"

DJ: I suppose calling it my computer room would be more accurate than office. I'm not taking the fluffballs in to work with me. Folks would probably get testy with me too if I brought either of these two in. :D

Oh What precious pictures. Wow, I can't believe how well he is doing only after one week.
Zelda is one pretty girl. We definitely need to see more pics of her.

OMG!!!! I'm doing the Happy Joy Dance!!! Auntie CCL is just thrilled to pieces! I knew it would happen but you did such a great job Lacey and got him turned around in a week! I really think Zelda deserves a lot of credit here too. Not only is she beautiful but she has really accepted him. Some cats are not so eager to welcome a new kitty and it can take a looooong time for them to even be in the same room together!
Mowgli you have shown what patience and LOVE can do. With that sweet little face of yours loving you was easy!! I look forward to many many more stories and pictures of you and your new sister having fun together!!

Well, Zelda hasn't entirely warmed up to the little guy yet. She's been playing with him some, but she's also been doing her share of hiss, smack, growl. Still, they can definitely be in the same room together without many problems! And it's so much fun watching Zelda when she decides she wants to play because she always does the pre-pounce butt-wiggle! :D
