Karen,wa back,on the Porch,and she doesnt look,scruffy,the way that the other Stary catsdo,so I think that she has a home,but the people dont carefor her,as I would NEVER let,a Cat,inthat condition,outside! But then my Female Cats,would never be,in that condition!
