YES IT WAS A VERY BAD SITUATION:( SHE WAS BROUGHT TO ME LOOKING PREGNANT. KIM WAS THE FOSTER DUE TO HER EXPERTISE.:D DAISY, UNFORTUNATELY, WAS STRESED & ONLY 8 MTHS WHEN THEIR PREVIOUS OWNER DROPPED THEM OFF... SHE CAME WITH 2 SISTERS SOCKS & TIGER LILY, 1 BROTHER DICK. HE'S AT MOMS! WAITING TO GET NUETERED. I POSTED ABOUT SOCKS GETTING SPAYED. THE REST WILL BE ALTERED TOO. SOON!!!! UNFORTUNATLY, FOR THE CATS, THIER STILL TRAUMATIZED:( . Ya know what amazes me??? The stupidity of people. Rather than spay/neuter their cats, they find all of a sudden the cat is pregnant and the owner dumps their responsibility off on someone else!!!

I believe that a law should be made that unless you are a licensed breeder (and have to pay every year for a license to breed) that anyone else owning a pet, HAS to have it spayed/neutered.

I also wish it were a law that people spay/neuter their pets! And landlords should allow pets that have proof of vaccinations, and altering too. There's one housing complex near Leslieflenner that allows pets, but requires a copy of all the medical work and also a photo which is put in to the tenants folders. Great idea I think! Not only for the sake of the pets, but also for the people who are left to clean up the mess from the irresponsible ones. (I for one am sick of cleaning up the dumped kitties all over) *sigh* Jan P.S Microchips should be mandatory as well! (not that I can afford them....but) :rolleyes: ;)

GLAD TO KNOW AT LEAST ONE PLACES CARES! THEY SHOULD ALL BE THAT WAY...I'VE 7 KITTYS HERE BECAUSE SOME IDIOT DIDN'T S/N. OUT OF THE 7--5 ARE FIXED & ARE AWAITING THIER APPTS. 1 IS LOOKING FOR A FUREVER HOME.
