Tawny's first night...

Well Tawny is hanging in there .... I haven't seen her eat or drink, and can't tell that she has .... that is my only concern. :( I am watching closely though, and if need be, I will force something on her! ;)

She is a very sweet girl though .... I held her in my arms and lap last night for quite a while. We first exchange "eye kisses", then head bumps, and finally real live "NOSE KISSES"!!! :D I think in time, she will be comfortable here ... but it's only been 24 hrs!

;) I don't want to scare her with the camera flash right now ... so please be patient about pics!

I'm sure she's befuddled as to what is all happening to her, but I'm sure she'll come around and settle in her new "temporary" home. :)

awww Kim that is wonderful progress for just the first night! I know Tawny will be fine with you and sure her Meowmie misses her but is secure knowing that she is with you!!

I'm sure Kim, she will come around in no time flat and start feeling comfortable enough to eat.

She's obviously comfortable with you by giving you eye kisses and nose kisses.

I have been checking in ALL day, waiting for word on her.. I am so glad you posted, even without pictures.. Those ones in the "exchange", showed her to be a just grougous girl and I can't wait for pictures of her.... I bet her Mommie cried all the way to Calif...
