Warning: Counterfeit Frontline and Advantage..

I heard this on the news about 10 days ago while
I was away on vacation.

A couple of days ago I checked out the web site for Merial the manufacturer of Frontline.
I have not checked out the Advantage web site.

I buy my frontline from catalogs and pet discount pet
shops. One of my packages was a counterfeit and
I can not remember which place
I purchased it from or I would have returned it. :(

Wow. I know counterfeiting human drugs was a problem; now they're doing veterinary drugs? Grr!:mad:

Wow! I just checked the dog's frontline, and Cocoa's is counterfeit!!! What should I do? Can I still use it? is it still the same product? I think my mom bought it from a petstore last year.

(Daphne's we got from the vet this year, since she didn't have any leftover from last year.)

Hi! I've been using frontline to treat the fleas on my dogs (I have five at home) and they're very effective. I buy mine online from http://ivet.co.uk/ I have had no problem from them since I started using frontline :)
