Question for the birdy owners!

I've heard from a few people not to feed citrusy fruits to Charlie, my cocktiel, but on this website Julie posted (http://www.cockatielcottage.net/diet3.html) it says it's okay.

Opinions? Suggestions? What do you think?

I've heard that too, but as far as I know it's a myth. My cockatiels don't actually even like citrus. I do feed oranges to my larger birds though and they do like it.
