I wanted to take a new set of pictures, but I was too impatient and decided to post what I already have.

Here we go..........

Our home is a city row home, the one with the blue awning

This is our living room looking IN from the front

and turning around TOWARD the front

one of the cat trees that has since been moved along the wall (in the first picture it is next to the one that is there) with 2 adjoining trees, a table and a sisal post

The other room on the first floor is the kitche. This is looking IN

Will continue to the second floor........

First you need to go up the stairs

the hall looking toward the back of the house
http://img46.photobucket.com/albums/v142/JenLuckenbach/House%20Tour/94c15063.jpg

to the right of the hall is the bathroom first (forgot pictures) and the room at the back is the "cat room"
looking in
http://img46.photobucket.com/albums/v142/JenLuckenbach/House%20Tour/8b901578.jpg

and looking out toward the hall

This is the screen door that we built to separate the floor. On the other side is the stairs up

http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid73/p9d7cd0cfd5e6b7b75121ca1dfff795f6/fb7164da.jpg

At the top of the stairs there are 2 rooms
To the right is the front room. The furinture is placed differently now, but it still looks the same.
http://img46.photobucket.com/albums/v142/JenLuckenbach/House%20Tour/office.jpg

To the left is the back of the house. Again, the furniture placement is slightly different.

and last but not least the back yard...........

OK... now for all seriousness... you're home is so cozy and warm and I love all the kitty knick-knacks you have placed about. I noticed the adorable kitties over the door frame, yep I have an eye for the tiniest detail...lol!!! You have many pretty colors throughout your home that keep it alive and happy too. Three floors... WOW, you must get your exercise!

I love your flowerbeds at the front of the house, and then the backyard is gorgeous too ... those PURPLE Irises ... I LOVE THEM!!!!

Wow, I was thinking if you had a mind to, you could cage in your entire garden as a great cat run.

Very beautiful garden :D

oh my!! I really enjoyed that tour alot:D Flowers and color everywhere that I just love! My favorite is that room that has bedding and floral trim to match. Everything looks coutry/victorian, if there is such a thing. It's beautiful, warm and inviting. You have a pretty garden front AND back as well - very informal and invites one to sit and enjoy. Infact, do you have any lemonade?? I think I'd like to just sit awhile:D

Well, having personally visited the Luckenback house and its kitties, I can say that her home is absolutely lovely. The little furry creatures running about add to the ambiance!

Jen, I see you've re-arranged some stuff upstairs! I do believe I might have photographic proof of that bay window from taking pictures of Bailey... will be back if I've got it! :D

That is just what I was going to say. Character and history...and life in the heart of the city. Such a neat way to live. I am really impressed by your organization. It shows up at every turn. And your gardens (front and back) are extremely impressive. How do you find the time to create such a tranquil setting?

I just realized many of these home tours are listed in Cat General. I hope I haven't been taking them as an uninvited guest. YIKES. Don't want to upset the kitties with the smell of DOG!

Jen, your home looks like such an oasis of Peace! (Okay, it might not feel that way to you some times...)

I was happily 'ohing and awing' through each picture till we hit the back garden. It's gorgeous. Warning: if I ever visit you, you might require force to get me out of there. Wow! It's marvelous!

Thanks for sharing with us all.

Gee thanks everyone. I love my home but I don't think of it as anything special (to other people, that is).

You are all welcome to visit in person and sit for as long as you like (D*O*G people included ;) ) :D

I did the "stone" wall (it is wallpaper) And on top of the "wall'' is a wallpaper border of ivy, to look like it is growing on the "wall'' . And then I stenciled ivy up and around each doorway and the stair case. It IS one of my better creations. :D
