Introducing my two VERY new arrivals. 4 weeks old.
Bacio & Luccicare
There is something about holding a thing so new, that takes away the sting from losing an old soul.

Thank you for bringing a badly needed smile to my face. :)
The title you gave this thread is so appropriate, and you're right, life starts anew with an adorable face filled with curiosity about this big new world.

We all need a reason to smile, considering the passing of our sweet Bassett.

I would love to give Baccio a Baci right on that little white nosie stripe. SO CUTE! They sure look like active little buggers for being only 4 weeks old!

What a gorgeous pair of snowshoe siamese babies! Where are they from? I've rescued so many meezers from the streets, but I have to admit my most memorable one was a blue point hermaphrodite! Shroomie went through one heck of a bout with pneumonia that came close to killing the poor baby. Long story I'd rather forget...happy ending for he/she though. Kissies to your lovely little babies. :) :) :)

These little boys are from Polk Co. animal shelter. in FL.
Lots of cats with Siamese in them, which means there's a Meezer man out there, that I wish they could sterilize.
The boys are doing great, 5 weeks old, weight on schedule.
Hungry as little piggies:p

Here's the latest on Bacio & Lucci
They tried to stop eating, and I worried about little Baci, he looked smaller.
I took them to the vets and got these weights on them:
They are 7+ weeks old now.
Bacio weighs 2lbs
Lucci weighs 2.4 lbs
My boys are giants!
Bacio's weight is like an 8 week old and Lucci is like a 10 week old.

What gorgeous kittens! I drool everytime I see them. :p :D Do you mainly foster siamese? Hope all goes well with the adoption! Too bad the adopter won't take both. :)

Yep, I foster for siamese rescue.

i wanted to separate these brothers, because Lucci often torments Baci by playing too much. I don't think Bacio will ever shine with Lucci overshadowing him.
I see it in his face, that:
Help me, mama!
look.
Bacio will have a sister. A little lynx point.
Lucci will get a strong playmate too, one day. As is the policy of SCR, not to have kittens lonely, and home alone.

Both Bacio and Lucci have gone to their forever homes!!:p
They are not together, but each have a sister!
Here's some photos of Baci I received, with his new sister Chloe, lynx point, 4 months old.
I'm so glad Baci got a chance at life. He truly is amazing. My favorite, of all fosters.

I'm so glad to hear that both Bacio and Lucci have found their forever homes and that they each have a new sister.:)
These pictures are adorable and no I don't think that there will be enough room after they've grown up.:) They'll definitely need a larger cat tree.

Oh Rose...I'm so happy they both got wonderful forever homes! Bacio & his new sister Chloe make a purrfect looking pair. Don't you just love it when new adopters send pictures? :D
What beautiful babies and bless you for taking the time to care for them until they found their forever home.
It looks as though Bacio and Chloe are such buddies that perhaps they will snuggle together even though it might be a little crowded.
