My brothers dog... :(

My poor older brother moved to a new house awhile ago and got a new dog. She was a lab mix, about 3 years old and very sweet. :( Well one day she just died, very suddenly!!!:( They found out after the autopsy that she got some virus or disease or something. My brother hasnt told me yet. My brother gets very attached to his animals, even though he only had her for 3 weeks !!!!! :eek: :(

Oh, how very sad:( I'm so sorry for the pup and for your brother. He sounds like a very special person, loving animals as he does. And what a wonderful thing he did, providing her with a loving home, if even for just a few short weeks. At least she passed knowing the love of a caring human. Please pass along to him my sincere sympathies on his great loss. Rest easy now, sweet pup and wait patiently for you Dad at the Rainbow Bridge.

oh darn. it good that your brother gets attached to his dogs. it's a hard thing to go through. i wonder if he got into something or what.

i had a keshound that up and died about 2 weeks after we got him. he was born with something wrong.

do you think a new dog with help him feel better?

i think he rescued a coonhound from a local shelter a day or so ago, he named him Boone. ( :rolleyes: ) silly Jeremy!!!

OMG! I had to check if my Lacey was still here! Boone looks just like her!!! I'll have to show my husband ! And sorry about your brother losing the other dog. It's hard no matter how long you've had them.
