Back Yard Breeders Are Bad Business

Another case in the news today of Indy Animal Control having
to take 27 more dogs into custody by people who have become
overwhelmed with the care of animals bred to be sold, but
weren't. As the Animal Control spokesperson says in the video,
this quite possibly means that many adoptable animals will have
to be killed to make room for these people's mistakes.:(

They look like beautiful GSD's. This is so sad for all the animals
involved.:(

Sometimes the saddness of it all is just overwhelming. We need to have better laws against backyard breeders. Licsencing for breeders and only so many in each area. Tighter controls on conditons with regular inspections...and huge fines for those that break the laws. HUGE. *sigh*

And people wonder why us PT'ers get so bent out of shape about spaying/neutering and NOT breeding dogs just for the sake of breeding. :rolleyes: :mad: :rolleyes: :mad:
