I don't think I have ever told the story of how I got Tigger, and if I did already, I am very sorry!
Cold, October month, 6 years ago, I was about 10...almost 11. I was at my cousin Cathy's house, she had 2 strays curled up by her fire, she would take them in during the day, but put them back outside when her husband got home from work in the evening(which did them more harm than good..teasing them).
There was one little grey and white one, and, of course, a little orange one. I went home that day and begged my mom for one of them for a few days. I wanted the grey one lol
So, when everything was settled, we went down there to take the little grey kitty home. We couldn't find him :( my cousin hadn't seen him for a couple days, but the little orangie was still around. So we took him home!
He had a very sore mouth, eyes, nose and had bones sticking out all over. He was so scared, we had to feed him behind the fridge for weeks.
He seemed to hate us! For 5 years he would not cuddle with us, and would occasionally get into our arms but if we touched him at all he would get back down.
This past year and a half, he has gotten so lovable, rubbing against us, letting us pet him, laying in our arms for hours, sleeping with me, and even an occasional kiss
Now he is getting to be such a great, happy, cat. He has no sores, and you'd have to dig for miles to find bones :o :p ;)
Well that's his story :)
