Mo, the English Pointer that came in from OH this
weekend, is going in for surgery tomorrow and needs a
foster home to go to starting on Wednesday morning.
He is actually doing much better than anticipated in a
foster home but one of the dogs in the home doesn't
like him. He is in the same foster home as Sammy, our
black lab, and Sammy doesn't want him around. Mo
seems to do fine with dogs and was great with the dogs
he met this weekend.
The current foster said that Mo is very sweet and a
very nice boy. He will try to mark but he is not
neutered yet. This will be done tomorrow and
hopefully the marking will start to decrease. Kyle
doesn't mark indoors at all now that he is neutered.
For not being housetrained, Mo is doing really well
and not having accidents other than a puddle or two in
the kitchen where he marked when Cris wasn't watching.
He doesn't mind the crate and does well in there, is
very quiet. He is a good boy and just needs to learn
some manners. He is very strong on the leash. He is
currently at a house with cats but the foster doesn't
know if he has realized there are cats there yet.
Will somebody foster this cute boy? He is only 40
something pounds, a small thin dog that needs some
