Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can get this dog food more cheaply than the $2.50/can I'm now paying my vet? I can't seem to find it locally, nor online. It looks like the Merrick's I mentioned in an earlier post might be too rich for Lefty's tummy. I think his diet is going to have to be restricted as he gets older. He had diarrhea last week and had his first "accident" in the house--I felt so bad for him; it was obviously a last resort.

Sorry for another dog food post, but I'm really just looking for a place to buy.

Thanks,

Sharyl

Unfortunatly, I think the Hill's Precrition diets are only available from the vet, becuase you have to have a prescription. You might try looking at Pet Meds or some online prescription sites.

Hi,

My vet agreed to sell it to me by the case for $1.44/can. Whew!

Thanks for the Pet Meds link, though--I didn't know about it, and will likely have a need to buy things from them in the future.
