Goldie's Gotcha Day!

Today is Goldie's gotcha day. Two years ago this afternoon she joined our family! Goldie is a malamute-husky mix. She was found as a young adult stray and brought to our shelter. She then proceeded to wait 2 years for a forever home! I tried to adopt her when we first moved up here and she had only been in for a few months. At the time, my husband thought we had enough dogs--we had three!:D :p By the time she arrived, she was #7!

I don't know who to congratulate, you or Goldie, but I think you both deserve to celebrate such a wonderful occasion. I remember every detail about my Tucker's Gotcha Day. Looks like you might have quite a few of those special days to treasure! I hope you and Goldie will celebrate this day and all subsequent anniversaries of same in good health and all the happiness you both so well deserve.
