Hobo's progress....

Some new pics of Hobo taken this afternoon. Excuse the smudge marks on the first one. I had to take it through a window that has nose prints on it!

He's feeling strong enough to jump up onto his dog house now! He spends hours sleeping up there. The yard is really muddy in spots right now and still snow covered in others so I think he likes to be dry! He has one open wound left on his back leg, but it doesn't seem to be hurting too much.

Last night I bought him a kong. Thought it might help keep him quiet and calm if he had something to chew on. I stuffed it with biscuits and peanut butter this morning. Apparently, Hobo has never had peanut butter before. This was his initial reaction to it!! He's licked out a bit more now, but he's not terribly impressed. He won't let me take the Kong away from him though!
