Welcome to you and the darling little blue cat! I am not one up on the breeds, but he's just too cute whatever he might be!

I have two cats: Allen and Pouncer, and a dog, Nicki.

I see Persian and Himalayan mix, she is beautiful. Keep us updated on her growth to adulthood via pictures. Nice cat!

Ditto ... it will probably easier to tell as your cute kitty gets older!

Jynx is gorgeous.:D I don't know what breed he is either but you may be able to tell more as he matures. I'd love to see some more pictures of him.:)

What a cute kitten and a beautiful color. No matter what the kitten is she is going to beautiful as she grows up. Now I do have to ask you. Since I do breed. Did the breed have you sign a contract? What was the cattery's name. Is the kitten going to get registration papers, when spayed? Did you get to see the breeders home and cattery? This sounds like a oops breeding between two breeds of cats. This does happen. And the most wonderful cats can result from it. But what ever she is I would love to have a kitten that color!!!! Keep posting pictures I would love to see what she looks like as she grows.

Lovely - that's the breed! As others have said, you'll be able to tell more as the kitten matures. Right now it's impossible to tell how long the coat will be, whether any "points" will emerge, etc.

Himalayans were crossbred from Persians and Siamese cats originally, so it's possible that the kitty will favor the Persian side a bit more, but until it is older, no one can tell!

http://cfa.org/breeds.html This is a link to CFA breed standards it may help you figure out what Jinx is beside a cutie of a kitten. Did your breeder have you sign a contract. What was the cattery a CFA or TICA registered cattery? I have alot of questions since am a breeder, but won't ask.

Any way he is a doll and a very good looking kitten. He is very lucky to have you as a Mom now. That I am sure of!

I spend alot of my free time memorizing breed standards. the kitten is in it's "ulglie fuzzies" as some people call it. once it gets older the claritie of the coat will show. also your kittie is still growing! you will not be able to tell if the legs are long enough or the eyes are sett apart a sertain length to meet a breed standard so.... just wait it out and see. :D this is old!!!!!!!!
