Well, Miley had to have a few teeth extracted the other day. I called the breeder to complain and to ask about changing her diet back to raw meat. The breeder recommended I switch the cats to Abady.
I ordered the food over the net and they seem to like it. It is expensive but then so are the vet visits. If this will help with the teeth issues etc. I am willing to spend the extra on the food.
If you want to find more about the food, you may want to do a search on Google.

I found a website that is called "Spoiled Brats" that sells this brand cat food, and well, since your Sas, and you have 3 brats, the food should suit them just fine :)
I wonder what the ingreidients are...i will search to see if i can find any online...i serve mine Chicken Soup for the Cat lovers soul, and the ingreidients in that seem great. Are you feeding dry, canned, or both?

I bought mine through waggintails.com and only a handful of retail stores sell the food. I happened to go to waggintails because it is in MA.

Filou has had 3 tooth cleanings up to now but he still has all his teeth (with the exception of one of the fangs which he lost- just like this). My human dentist says that you cannot influence the tartar building very much by the choice of the food- that it can be the chemistry of the saliva or whatever.
My impression is that Abys don't have the best tooth genetics as my friends Xeline also had some teeth extracted (2 or 3) when she was just 2 years old.
However if your brats like the food it may have a positive influence... it seems to be good quality.

Have any of you heard of that liquid you put in your pets water that helps freshen breath and prevent tartar buildup?
I've been using it with Nebo for the past few weeks..it's hard to tell if it's working with the tartar (and I brush his teeth a couple of times a week too) but his breath smells nice lol. It works with cats too, maybe you could try it!
This isn't the brand I'm using, mine is from Petco but I couldn't get the Petco website to load...I'm sure they are about the same thing. (http://www.petedge.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=3512&itemType=PRODUCT&iMainCat=306&iSubCat=334&iSubSubCat=337&iProductID=3512)
