Hello Norman,

Your crusade to legalize catnip reminds me of another COTD honoree named Rasta (sorry I forgot what date she appeared under), who was named after another "recreational" herb...

Seriously, though, I think our lawmakers ought to at least lift restrictions on the cultivation of hemp; it is a very versatile plant that provides fiber for rope, cloth, as well as a quickly renewable resource for paper (and I don't mean the kind that you roll!) :D . That the Constitution was written on hemp paper may be old news to some of you already...
