If she's throwing up that much, you need to watch her closely. Make sure she gets plenty of water so she won't be dehydrated, withhold food, and when you do feed her, it should be something bland like plain rice, or rice and boiled chicken. If she's not better by tomorrow, I'd take her to the vet immediately.
Sometimes, ice cubes can help with hydration. Two of mine will eat them, two won't, so you just have to test to see if it will work.
Please be nice to that cat (as I know you will be). It obviously is lonely and is looking for comfort or shelter. I know I would be distressed if any of my neighbors wanted to "shoot" my cats.

You can give dogs pepto bismol for upset stomachs. Here's a quote from a website w/ dosage:
"PEPTO-BISMOL: Can be administered to dogs with stomach problems. Give one teaspoon per twenty pounds of weight every four to six hours. Again, Pepto Bismol should never be given to cats"
I hope little Truffles is feeling better soon! :)

Maybe you should talk to your neighbor about the cat coming in to your yard. It's illegal for an animal to travel on to someone's property if it isn't wanted there, especially when it gets someone sick.
Is she having any other symptoms? It really doesn't sound good...Just watch her and make sure she isn't puking anymore. If she doesn't get any better then I'd take her to the vet.

You've already gotten a lot of great advice. If Truffles isn't feeling better by tomorrow, definitely do call the vet! Sending positive thoughts your way, Truffles. Feel better soon!:)

If puppy ate left over cat toy, then you should have seen bits and pieces in the initial vomit.
If puppy likes to eat pre-digested cat food (feces) then one would expect diarrhea over nausea.
Possibly kitty gets off free on this one.
There are several possibilities ranging from food allergies, to metabolic disease and disorders. You definitely need to check in with a Vet, and get a blood panel run.
