Such an intent look on Beau's face! Is he solid black? I don't see a speck of white on him. Gorgeous!

I think Beau who fully lives up to his name is dark brown?

sqwlech- mine usually blink or turn away too.

Edwina's Secretary- Barbara is right; Beau is a dark or sable brown. Although he is getting white hairs scattered through out his coat. I think this due to his age; he didn't have them when he was younger.

Cats will get gray and white hairs as the get older. It is just much more noticable on a darker kitty.

Jasmine is a shade lighter (I think she's mink) and has one grey hair in her ear and several on her belly. :)
