My hairless rat, Rosie, is biting alot lately, she draws blood. It isnt pleasent. What can I do about it? HELP!!!>
Maybe it is because she is bored, un social, maybe she isnt getting enough attention?? meh. She is housed alone and will probably stay that way for a long time. :(.

When is she biting you? How hard is it? Is she drawing blood? How many times has she done it, when and where and what were the circumstances?

she is biting me when i hold her, pet her, or pick her up.
yes she draws blood.
She has done it about 10 times.
There were no circumstances, I wash my hands before handling my rats.

Sorry TM I can't help u with this. I've had 100s of rats & never been bitten, not even by Sparticus & he was fairly wild, he only screamed asif I was killing him. I have never been bitten my any of my mother rats either. Maybe she just has a bad gene?
Wish I could help :(
