Blaze
What can I say? It took us 3 years to get Blaze (this was before we were educated on how to trap ferals). Blaze is Bailey’s brother and has a total different personality. Both were our very first litter of ferals and we were pretty green. We managed to capture them both around 6 months of age, have them neutered, then released them back outside. After that, it was impossible to get Blaze…well…until one evening when he came for his feeding by the front door! I told Kevin to hide behind the door as I snuck out the back door. I walked up behind Blaze, grabbed him, and yelled for Kevin to open up! I threw him inside, and I don’t know who was more shaken up, me or Blaze, I do know I was the most injured! He’s still the most feral cat we own, but we are able to pet him on occasion.
