Oh Maximus, do I have a girlfriend for you! Her name is Bella and she lives with my niece in Northern California. She is just (ahem) a tad older than you are, but what a pair you would make.

After eight people tried to adopt her at eight weeks of age and were turned down by the Humane Society - in walked my niece. She filled out the papers, answered lots of questions and had a personal review. Bella had a new Mom!

Bella immediately started receiving the care, training and love that she deserved and the result?

She is just like you Maximus - one of the dearest dogs you would ever want to meet - pure sugar.

Oh Maximus.........I looked at your sweet little face and broke into big smiles. You are definitely one darling little boy! That's cool that you can smile! I have an older lady dog here who smiles really cutely and she also can SNAP her teeth very quickly! You can actually HEAR the CLACK. But she never bites anyone unless it is Smokey Jr. who when he is feeling frisky, grabs her tail and pulls! (he is only 1 years old)
Congratulations pretty Max for being Dog of the Day. :) Your Daddy is absolutely right. There are NO bad dogs. We know about that, any dear puppy reared in a loving, caring home will be a good boy.:)

PS............Sally (our older lady) doesn't bite poor little Smokey in a bad way. She just nips him enough so he will know to stop being a brat. Sally is a cattle dog mix. They are really good at "nipping". lol
