Storm Went To The Vet Today

Hi everyone.:) I just wanted to let you know that Storm went to the vet for his annual exam and his FVRCP and 3 year rabies booster shots. My vet said that he's in excellent condition and even asked if I was brushing his teeth because they looked so good.:) I told him no but I do feed him only dry food thats supposed to help clean his teeth. I'm so glad it's working.:)

He was a very good boy too. He was a little scared and cried in the car and a little bit at the vets office. He also wanted to sit on my lap and cuddle with me while we waited in the exam room. This was great because he's not much of a lap cat.:) He weighs 14.02 lbs which is a great weight for him and it's hard to believe that he'll be 8 years old this coming Sunday.:)I gave him some treats when we got home. These are the kind of vet visits that I like.:D

Isn't it wonderful when the worst part of the trip to the vet is simply paying the bill! :D Congratulations to Storm and continued good health! My Andy will be 8 also, in April, and wishes Storm a Happy Birthday a little early! :)

Tracey, what a great report on Storm. It always upsets me to take Rascal to the vets because the sounds he makes in the car are so pitiful. But he gets unusually quiet once we are at the vets. He also doesn't make a peep on the way home. How do they know?
