Well as some of you know, the other day it snowed here and I took tons of pics of the kitties, mainly Ewok. Ewok, I just HAD to let him outside to play in the snow. He kept chasing snowflakes through the window and I couldn't take it anymore. Man how he loved the snow. He was so excited and happy. He was pouncing on it, and making little kitty snowballs, and then he would eat them up. :D
He really enjoyed it. Cheetah wasn't too fond of the snow, but I did get a couple good shots of her, once I persuaded her it was OK to venture out, even with cold paws.
Houdini on the other hand.........well, the pictures will explain it all to well how she felt about the snow. Huumpphff! LOL
I have been meaning to post pics of the furkids lately but have been super busy.
Also a little update on Ewok. Remember his horrible mood swings and how he would attack everyone for no reason? WELL............it's all over! He is now so laid back, LOVES to cuddle and is such a little sweeatheart. Of course, like any cat he does have the occasional mood swings. ;) He loved me so much. One thing that is funny is that he loves to kneed on me, and he loves to lick and suck on me lol. He has a wet tongue, not like other cat tongues. He will do this for a long time if you let him. He's just made such a turnaround. I guess the neutering worked after all! :D
Pictures soon to follow!

I want to apologize beforehand for the contrast and color being off. Our monitor broke (only a year old too!) so we are borrowing an old one from PrintWear, and it's colors and stuff are off.
As you can see from these pics, Ewok is having a very fun time. :D

Awesome pics!!!
I love that one with the snowflake - unreal.
I'm so glad Ewok has calmed down. I hoped the neutering would do the trick. It help my Ripley quite a bit years ago but not completely.
I agree, that footprint pic should be framed.

Jazzcat, yes I am so happy this worked for him. It sure did take a long time though. But I am happy to say I now have a "normal" cat lol. :)
Pam, thank you very much. That is very nice of you. I am glad you liked my thread and my pictures. :)
Slick, Houdini cracked me up. She can give you the dirtiest looks sometimes lol. :D

Those pics of Ewok, Cheetah, and Houdini are all just beautiful.
There is just something about a pawprint that is so precious, maybe like something left behind! I don't know I just think it is georgeous.
Ewok really liked the snow! The picture with the snowflakes looked like little star shaped snowflakes.
You made some great pics!!

Ewok looks like he's having a blast! But with his thick fur, the snow can't do any harm to him! :)
And the paw print is awesome, great idea for a photo! :)

Hahahahahahaha!
Of course hje loves the snow - look at all that fur! He says, "mommy, give me more!" While the other two are more like my cats. We only had one now storm yet this year, but immediately put Pouncer in... who immdeiately ran to the door and cried to be let in!
Such pretty kitties and pretty photos!

Well it's snowing again!!!!
Our power just went out for a few seconds so I had to jump on here real fast before it goes out completely! It's been snowing all morning and we have more in this short period of time (started at 6 am) then we had the other day. If the power goes out we will have to go to ................TV went out. Better post this really fast!

Ok so anyways, if the power goes out we will either go to Dan's dads or his moms, but most likely his moms so we can see Sadie! :D hehe I just took a few more pictures and video of Ewok. Does anyone know how I can get video on here from my digital camera? It would be so neat for everyone to see how much Ewok loves the snow lol. I am about to take a shower soon and then I am off to the outside to take pics of him again, hehe. Now that there is more snow, and more than before, I should get some awesome pictures! :D
I hope our power doesn't go out, or the animals are going to freeze. I mean the cats will be OK, but I really worry about the hedgies, cuz if they get too cold they can go into hybernation and die. :( So lets hope we keep our power. This COULD be the biggest snowstorm in Eugene ever!

OMG!
Our trees are breaking and there are cars parked under them! These people are not home and they are going to lose their windshield and mroe!!! Branches just fell and the cracking of the poor trees is so loud. Our trees here break really easily and last time we had TONS of trees, I mean HUGE trees uproot and one almost fell onto the apartment. Since we are not really in the city per se, we have a lot of big trees around us. I am just so worried about these people's cars. *sigh* I mean, these are nice cars, and nice trees! Poor trees! :(

Thank you for all the wonderful snow-cat pictures! Ewok is so precious and that pic of Houdini with the super-airplane ears! :D :D
Hope you stay safe in the snow and falling trees! Yeow! Sounds dangerous. At least here in S.F. all  we have is pouring rain (flooding is imminent) and wind which is threatening our power. It's a good day to stay in with the fur kids all snuggled on the rugs - their favorite sleeping spots! :)

Your very welcome RedHedd. :)
Well we have more snow than I thought, about 7 inches and it's supposed to snow again tonight and tomorrow. Right now it is taking a break. We have a lot of trees down here, and Eugene has been declared a Winter state of Emergency. If you are parked on certain streets they will tow your car. Many people are without power, and three power boxes went out right near our house. With 7 inches already, who knows how much we will have when it is all through.

Ewok, you look so handsome there in the snow. And I hear you have become a LOVE BUG. I wish I could give you a snuggle. Cheetah and Houdini are beautiful too. What gorgeous kitty eyes. These are great pictures I’m going to go look at your other ones.

Cass, these pics are so beautiful.:D Ewok sure is gorgeous and I'm glad he loves the snow.:) He's much furrier now than my Storm but still reminds me of Storm except that Storm has very light green eyes. I bet that Ewok has a lot of Maine Coon in him. Thanks for sharing these wonderful pics.:) I hope the storm isn't too bad. Try to stay safe and warm.

Those are great pics! I love the one of Houdini..she could take flight at any minute! Cass, isn't it unusual for you guys to get this much snow? When I lived in Seattle, we rarely got snow cause of the sound, just that nasty ice stuff. I thought Oregon was the same...??

Yes it is very unusual indeed! We got 7 inches yesterday! I took tons more pics that I will post in just a little bit so everyone can see just how much snow we got. I really was in awe (sp?) yesterday as I am used to hot California weather and have never lived anywhere it snowed before. Two years ago it snowed lightly when my mother came to visit but nothing like this.
There was so much snow I was going to make a snowman, but we don't have warm enough gloves. Although I may just try to do it without gloves today, hehe. It's so fun but dangerous too. One person died when they drove their car into a telephone pole, and a lot of people are without power. We are so lucky to have power as it seems like everytime there is a storm ours goes out. If my friends power does not come on tonight I will be sitting her animals until it comes back on. She has some of my rats and took two of my rescued hammies. :)

Ummmmm, don't usuallly get snow, we usually get a little. Wow! Now I know where our snow went!! You got some of our snow!;)
Oh well, it was worth losing all our snow just to see you, Dylan, Dan and Ewok and friends playing and enjoying the snow!
Thanks for the Pictures, they are all so very good. They were so good, I felt like I was there. Have lots of fun in the snow, and throw a snowball or two for me!:)

andrea_NMAggie, LOL, Houdini despised the snow lol. Actually she's getting sort of used to it now, but at first she just did not want to be in it lol.
Thanks EVERYONE for the nice comments! :D
KAK, Ewok is fluffy now isn't he? When he was a tiny guy I thought he would just be medium haired but now he has so much fluff, hehe.
