We played tennis!

Santa brought us all tennis rackets for Christmas, so we took the dogs down to the tennis courts today. It was a beautiful sunny day and no one was there. We had all four courts and we just closed the gate so that the dogs could run free. I had no idea it would be so much fun! They were doing back flips and jumping so high in the air trying to intercept the balls. With the exception of Roxy accidently getting popped in the face by the racket (she's ok), they had a blast. They got more excercise then we did.

Also, this dog was walking by on the outside of the fence...Roxy got so excited that she forgot the fence was there. She ran full speed into it. It was hilarious.

I know! She has to be the clumsiest dog that I have ever met. When I first got her, I was really worried about it. I took her to the vet. He says it's probably because she was in a tiny kennel the first part of her life. She never developed good motor skills.

I didn't know being in a small kennel could do that.
