Cross posting from a friend in North Carolina ---
In addition to my "small" pride of cats and kittens (hummmm, let's see 6 furbabies, 12 foster babies, and one backyard feral colony) I work with a rescue group. I really want them all to get homes, but we have 1 who really needs prayers this holiday. Cinge is a beautiful solid white female cat with a sweet disposition. Someone poured somethind on Cinge's head, then used the ears like candle wicks. The picture is posted on our website savinggraces4felines.com and on petfinders I'm not asking (or discouraging either) anyone to rush out and adopt, Cinge may have to have surgury to trim the worst of the burn from one or both of her ears and is on pain meds for now - I've seen the power of prayer and ask prayers for healing. please. http://www.petfinder.org/pet.cgi?action=2&pet=2349506&adTarget=468catgeneral&SessionID=3fe8952656f5cae3-app3&display=&preview=1&row=25&tmpl=

Cinge sure looks like a sweetheart. I hope she'll be able to fully recover from her burns and find the purrfect loving forever home very soon. Prayers and positive thoughts are on the way.

May the people who did this to her get the same kind of treatment some day.

That precious kitty. I can't believe how cruel some people can be. I pray her pain is lessened soon and that she finds a wonderful loving home like she deserves.

I can't believe the cruelty of some people. It just breaks my heart :( to see the abuse and cruelty a sweet kitty like Cinge (or any cat) has had to endure. Prayers going out that she recovers completely and finds a warm and nurturing furrever home. And as for the person or persons who did this to her, what goes around comes around. They'll get theirs!

Dear Cinge: Please know that no all huumans are bad and the next home you go to will be as loving as you deserve. I pray that you will heal quickly and without too much pain.

I believe in karma, and those people will also get what they deserve some day.
