What Group is that breed in?? In this game, you say a breed and people have to guess what it is used for, and what group it's in. You only ask yes or no questions, and if you get it right, you keep going. (This game is kinda easy) heehee!

Ok, I'll start with a REALLY easy one. Labrador retriever.:p :D

I'm assuming you are talking about the AKC here?

Sporting Group
Used for retreiving water fowl, mostly

Is this what you had in mind?

The Vizsla is a sporting dog, perhaps even the oldest sporting breed. They came from Hungarian. They point & retreive! They also make a great pet as they are easy to train & eager to please!

Are we just going on if we "know" we are right? Or are we waiting for a reply?

Hmm, not sure, it's your game, how do you want to do it. And yes you are right!

Hmmmm, well, let's just say if you are like, almost positive you are right, then go aheard, but if you aren't sure or someone beats you in putting a post up and says your right, just say "thanks" and if you are almost positive, so you keep going, and you DO get it wrong, someone will KINDLY tell you. ;) :)
ALL AGREE??????

The whippet is in the hound group. It is a sighthound specifically.
The whippet first became popular in mining areas when mining families would race them. In fact up until the first World War, whippet racing was more popular than greyhound racing. Because they were owned by miners they were known as the poor man's greyhound.
They were also used to hunt rabbits and other small game.

Twisterdog

It's purposes include:

fetching Canadian beer from the refrigerator
digging people out of collasped igloos
fending off wild moose, seals and bears
pulling tobogans
oh ... and herding ....

Hey, it's recognised by the CKC, right? ;) :p
