What programs do you use to make sigs and avaters? Thanks!

I use Adobe Photoshop, but you can also use Microsoft Photo Editor or Imaging. For animated gifs I use Microsoft Gif Animator.

How do you get your avaters so small and to make them in the jfg form? (I think that's what I'm trying to ask, so if it doesn't make sense then tell me! :D)

I use Photoshop and Jasc Paint shop Pro. I love both programs.

I think the avatars have to change to gif. images, don't they? The ones that move are like little slide shows.
